Hi there everyone. This is just a quick update to let you know about an issue we've been having regarding peoples baskets after checking out.
A number of people have used our live chat asking us if their orders had gone through and why it was still in their baskets even though the order was finished.
We've discovered an issue with one of the applications on the website that we use to tie your baskets to your login. The development team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
What you need to know:
Firstly, if you've just placed an order and it's still in your cart, don't panic. Everything has gone through as it should.
Secondly, if you discover this bug, you can safely remove these items from your cart manually. It won't affect you in any way.
As soon as the problem has been resolved, i will update this post. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this minor disruption.
