Refund Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

The terms and conditions set out below apply to sales conducted by ek Wholesale Ltd through any medium including but not restricted to email, telephone, website or in person.

• All sales are final. The company does not trade on a 'sale or return' basis.
• Ownership of goods does not transfer to buyer until payment is made in full.
• Damaged/Faulty goods must be reported within 3 working days of the delivery date.
• Any shortage of goods must be reported within 3 working days.
• No claim will be considered for shortage of goods collected from premises.
• Overdue accounts will be charged @ 5% above the bank of England base rate per month after 30 days.
• No claims or returns whatsoever are permitted on clearance lines.
• Worn or washed goods will not be exchanged or refunded.
• It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all goods for before printing, embroidering or processing them as these goods will not be accepted back for return under any circumstances.
• No returns will be accepted if the goods in question have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or if they have been used for any purpose other than that which they are not intended for.
• Where possible we will use a tracked shipping service for delivery of the buyers order however under some circumstances it may not be possible and we may then use the best alternative service available.
• ek Wholesale ltd will not be held liable for any delays caused by events out with our control. This includes delays caused by couriers.
• Where ek Wholesale Ltd has provided a delivery timescale it is for reference only and we will not be held liable for any deliveries made out with the timescales provided.

Returns & Refunds
• Before considering any return the buyer must provide proof of purchase (relevant invoice, sales order or delivery note number is required).
• If you receive faulty goods they must be reported by email to sales@ekwholesale.co.uk or by phone on 0141 429 0165 within 3 working days of receiving the delivery.
• If a return request is approved we may either provide a replacement or process a refund for the original value paid by the buyer.
• Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.

All approved returns should be labelled as below and include a copy of your invoice/delivery note or your order reference number. Failure to include this information could result in a delay with your refund.
